Delete Account

At Dragon Shorts LLC (the official operator of Dragon Shorts app, registered in Wyoming, USA) we are fully committed to your right to control your data. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

🗑 Method 1: From within the app (Recommended)

1. Open the Dragon Shorts app on your phone
2. Sign in to your account
3. Tap the "My Account" tab at the bottom
4. Tap Settings ⚙️
5. Go to Privacy & Security
6. Tap "Delete Account"
7. Confirm deletion by entering your password

Your account and all your data will be deleted immediately from our servers.

📧 Method 2: Via Email

If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request to:

In your message, include:

• Subject: "Dragon Shorts Account Deletion Request"
• Email registered in the app
• Confirmation of your desire to delete the account permanently

We will respond within 72 hours and delete your data within 7 business days.

📋 What is Permanently Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is irreversibly deleted:

• ✅ Account information (email, name, password)
• ✅ Watch history
• ✅ Favorites list
• ✅ Ratings
• ✅ Comments
• ✅ VIP subscription (if active)
• ✅ Referrals and rewards history
• ✅ Notifications history
• ✅ App preferences

📦 What May Be Retained (For Legal Reasons)

For accounting and legal reasons, we may retain the following data for a limited period:

• 📄 Financial transaction records (for 7 years — IRS requirement for US companies)
• 📊 Anonymized technical logs — for app performance improvement
• 🛡 Security logs — in case of fraud or legal dispute

This data cannot be linked to you personally after account deletion.

⏱ Timeframe

• Deletion from primary databases: Within 24 hours
• Deletion from backups: Within 30 days
• Final email confirmation: Within 7 business days

❓ Can I Recover My Account After Deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you want to return, and you will lose all previous watch history and VIP subscription if active.

💎 What About VIP Subscription?

VIP subscription continues until the end of the paid period unless you cancel it from your Google Play account. If you delete your account before VIP expires, you forfeit the remaining time.

To request a subscription refund, contact Google Play support within 48 hours of purchase.
