By using the Dragon Shorts app ("the App", "the Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Dragon Shorts LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (D-U-N-S #149896142), with official address: 1914 Thomes Ave, Ste 2 #3271, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from creating an account or using any of the App's features.

2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Permitted Use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, or redistributing App content on any other platform.
• Screen recording or downloading videos via unofficially supported methods.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the App or its services.
• Using the App for any illegal activity.
• Circumventing the ad system or payments.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All series, videos, images, logos, and content within the App are protected by copyright and trademarks. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights to the content.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• All payments are processed through Google Play Billing according to Google's terms.
• VIP subscription: Begins immediately after purchase. Refunds are subject to Google Play policy (usually within 48 hours of purchase).
• VIP subscriptions: Auto-renew at the end of each period. You can cancel auto-renewal 24 hours before the renewal date from your Google Play account.
• Prices may vary by country and may change. Advertised prices include VAT.
• Paid content remains available as long as your account is active and subscription is valid.

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App is funded through ads. By using the free version, you agree to see advertisements. You can remove them by subscribing to VIP.

7. User Conduct

When using interactive features (comments, ratings), you agree to:

• Not post offensive, racist, or illegal content.
• Not impersonate others.
• Respect the rights and privacy of others.

We reserve the right to delete any comment or account that violates these rules.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service, but we do not guarantee it will be available 100% of the time. There may be planned or unplanned maintenance periods. We are not responsible for damages resulting from temporary interruption.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for: data loss, expected profits, or any indirect damages. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid to the App during the last 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any substantial changes via in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after the update means your agreement to the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of Wyoming in Laramie County.

For users in the European Union and United Kingdom, this provision is not intended to deprive you of the mandatory legal protections granted to you by the laws of your country.

12. Termination of Use

You have the right to stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of any of these terms.
