💳 Payments & Subscriptions

Q: How do I cancel my VIP subscription?

A: Go to your Google Play account on your phone → Subscriptions → Dragon Shorts → Cancel. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Q: I subscribed to VIP but it's not activated.

A: Wait a minute and reopen the app. If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of your purchase receipt at [email protected] and we'll activate it manually.

Q: Can I get a refund for my VIP subscription?

A: To request a refund, contact Google Play Support within 48 hours of purchase. Days already used from the subscription are non-refundable.

🎬 Player & Video

Q: The video won't start playing.

A: Make sure you're connected to the internet, then: (1) Restart the app (2) Clear the app cache from phone settings (3) Reinstall the app.

Q: Video keeps buffering.

A: Check your internet speed. Minimum recommended is 2 Mbps for standard quality and 5 Mbps for high quality.

Q: No sound.

A: On web, videos start muted. Press the sound button to unmute.

👤 Account

Q: I forgot my password.

A: From the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and a reset link will be sent to your email.

Q: How do I permanently delete my account?

A: From within the app: Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account permanently. Your data is deleted immediately. See the account deletion page.

Q: How do I change my email?

A: Email is currently fixed after registration. For emergencies, contact us and we'll help.

🎁 Rewards & Referrals

Q: What are the free VIP rewards?

A: You earn free VIP time by watching 6 days in a row (24 VIP hours), and through referral rewards.

Q: How do I invite friends and get rewards?

A: From within the app: Profile → Referral → share your code. Your friend gets 2 free VIP hours when they join with it, you get 2 VIP hours once they have watched 2 hours, and bonus hours as more friends join.

📺 Series

Q: How many new episodes are added weekly?

A: We add new series regularly. Turn on notifications to hear about new releases.

Q: I don't see my favorite series.

A: Send us the name of the series via email and we'll consider adding it.
